Origin & Growing Regions

Cat Chu mango is primarily cultivated in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, especially in Dong Thap, Tien Giang, and surrounding provinces. The fertile alluvial soils, tropical climate, and favorable river-based irrigation systems contribute to its distinctive sweetness, vibrant color, and consistent fruit quality. Careful orchard management and selective harvesting ensure premium-grade produce suitable for export.

Season

Cat Chu mango is generally available from December to April, with peak harvest between January and March. In some regions, controlled flowering techniques allow extended seasonal availability to meet market demand.
